Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Your 14-day right of withdrawal

For distance purchases you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason (art. VI.47 Belgian Code of Economic Law).

Important exception: fresh and frozen food

The right of withdrawal does NOT apply to goods that spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life (art. VI.53, 4° CEL). This covers our fresh, chilled and frozen products; the exemption is noted on the product page before you buy.

How to withdraw

Email rageenajomon@keralakeukenspices.com within 14 days of receiving your order, stating your order number. Return the unused goods in their original packaging within 14 days of your notice. We refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using your original payment method. Return shipping costs are borne by you unless the product was faulty.
